Yes. Upon completion of the project, the source code, database, and all access information will be handed over to you. We also put this in writing in the contract. If you wish to continue with another team tomorrow, you will have a complete system at your disposal.

We do it ourselves. The person you're talking to is the same person who wrote the code; there's no data transfer loss. Many companies in the region outsource software development and deliver it under their own brand, but we don't sell work we haven't taken on ourselves.

It varies depending on the scope; a small panel might take a few weeks, while a comprehensive system could take months. The main factor extending the timeframe is usually not the coding itself, but the content and approval waiting times. We plan this from the start, making progress visible through interim deadlines.

We'll take it. First, we perform a code audit and report on the current state, risks, and cost. We then decide together, after the report, whether it's more sensible to salvage or rewrite it. We don't immediately say "let's rewrite everything."

If your workflow fits the template of a ready-made program, don't bother, it will be an unnecessary expense. However, if you're entering the same information in two places, exporting the report and correcting it in Excel, or inserting fake data into fields the program doesn't want, then the template is too restrictive for you. At that point, the cost of custom software will pay for itself.

Yes. Updates, security monitoring, backup checks, and troubleshooting are all included in the maintenance coverage. The coverage and exclusions of the maintenance agreement are clearly defined upfront to avoid future disputes.
